Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. Please follow these steps to request a replacement:

2. Provide your order number and include clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
3. Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Items

If you receive the wrong item or are unsatisfied with the quality, please reach out to us within 10 days of delivery. We will review your request and, if eligible, send a replacement free of charge.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns or Refunds

As a small business, we operate with limited resources and produce our items on demand. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than damage, defect, or incorrect items. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
